Butterfly valve

◆ Product Overview:

Butterfly valve, also known as flip valve, is a simple regulating valve, which can be used for switching control of low-pressure pipeline media. Butterfly valve refers to a valve that rotates around the valve shaft to open and close the valve (valve flap or butterfly plate) as a disc.

Valves can be used to control the flow of various types of fluids such as air, water, steam, various corrosive media, mud, oil, liquid metal and radioactive media. It mainly plays the role of cutting and throttle on the pipeline. The butterfly valve opening and closing part is a disc-shaped butterfly plate that rotates around its own axis in the valve body to achieve the purpose of opening and closing or adjustment.

 ◆ Nominal diameter: DN15-DN600

◆ Valve body material: stainless steel, cast steel, carbon steel, forged steel

◆ Manufacturing standards: GB; ANSI; JIS

Products and services that meet fluid control requirements

Each process, facility, and environmental constraint has its own special requirements. Therefore, Kinko offers a comprehensive range of products that include different performance levels, pressures, functions, and materials.

Product application scope

These devices are suitable for accurately controlling media such as gases, liquids, steam, etc., and maintaining process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level at given values. Especially suitable for work environments where the allowable pressure difference is small and the allowable leakage is also small, and the pressure difference is not significant.
